Payment Terms

Dear All,

Please be advised of the following payment and deposit regulations:

Storage Responsibility: Our company is responsible for all storage on auctions if payment is made on time. Payments should typically be made in the morning of the purchase, and the payment must appear in our company bank account before 17:20.

Timing of Charges: Storage and all other charges are applied to the account approximately on the container arrival date.

Bank Transfer Guidelines: The company is not responsible for any payment issues arising from mistakes made by bank authorities or from banks that take 1-3 days to send transfers. We kindly request that you choose a bank capable of transferring money within 1-4 hours to our company account. Please note that receipts, Swifts from banks, or central bank notifications are not considered as payment approval on our account. Payment approval is confirmed when you can see it in our system, along with all relevant details (date, amount, name, surname, etc.).

System Monitoring: Our company has a robust system in place where you can monitor the approval time of your transfers (when they arrive in our account). With this information, you can choose the bank that suits your needs.

Auto Delegate Payments: Auto delegates must pay the remaining balance (generally transport charges) three days before the container arrival.

Balance and Container Status: If the container is opened and the auto delegate's balance is below zero, even by a minuscule amount (e.g., 0.00001 Cent or USD), our AI (Artificial intelligence) accounting system will automatically mark the car as red. The car cannot be marked green until the balance reaches zero or exceeds it.

AI (Artificial intelligence) Accounting System: Our modified system is governed by an AI (Artificial intelligence) accounting system. Please consider this when making payments for cars on container arrival dates. If the system does not detect payments in our bank accounts, receipts, Swifts, or any other documentation will not be considered sufficient for the car to be marked as paid. All GLB clients must be aware that they can take possession of cars only when our system indicates them as green, aligning with governmental systems.

Payment Per Car: Payment per car must exceed the auction price (Payment1 + Payment2 + Payment3 > Auction price).

Receipts: If a client has a receipt from payment, please add it to the account. We will endeavor to process it, but without payment approval from the AI system, we cannot guarantee payment.

AI (Artificial intelligence) System Reliability: Our accounting system operates solely by AI. No human error or factors can be detected.
